This kit comes with enough US Govt Issue 550lb Paracord that is in stock in our shop, a contoured Fastex of Nato specification that follow the contour of your wrist for comfort, which are also practically impossible for a person to pull apart (Nobody in the shop has managed it yet and we are some fairly big guys), and full instructions with colour photographs. (and tecnical support, you can simply contact us if you get stuck)
