MIL-C-5040 550lb breaking strain Green Paracord.

This is made by a Certified US Military Contractor (no cheap rubbish), it is 550lb test line with a 7 strand core. 100% nylon Kermantle Cord and made in the USA.  

Our cord is genuine US Military Isuue 7 strand Kermantle Cord.   Others may call their product "550 cord", but most of our competitors products have cheaper fibers inside that does not come anywhere close to the strength and quality of our product or is simply purlon rope.

This cord has undergone the additional stringent Military 5040 testing that the US Military specify for stringing parachutes.

The other cord we stock is of the highest quality and is certified 550lb Test line that is a Type III commercial cord. It is US GSA compliant for US Government and Commercial use and is produced by the same manufacturer.
