The new Citadel Beluga Folding Bushcraft Knife is one serious piece of kit. It is a 5" closed linerlock with a 3 3/4" T508 semi-stainless blade with partial black hammered finish and thumb stud. It is a big piece of kit for a folding knife but when un-folded it becomes a full size usable Bushcraft Knife.
It is made from great steel that is a full 4mm thick so it will really take some abuse, this very rare for a folder. It is razor sharp out of the pack and is a great piece of kit for all the normal tasks.
It has great contoured Curly Birch handles and a brown leather lanyard.
It comes with an embroidered black zippered canvas pouch with padded fleece lining and storage pocket.
Citadel have been hand making knives in Cambodia since the end of the 19th Century and all their knives are hand crafted by highly skilled workers. You can certainly tell when you get a Beluga in your hands that it is a high quality piece of cutlery. I have been using one for a while now and practically everyone that has seen it has said "ooh, get me one!", and that includes some top knife makers!!
