Enzo knives have always been a great piece of kit, I have had one myself for many years and it has performed faultlessly. The Birk Folder is no exception to that and is a brilliant piece of kit for the field.

The Enzo Birk 75 folder is a very well built knife that is probably the only folder on the market that benefits from having a full Scandi Ground blade and made of D2 Toolsteel. This not only makes one tough piece of kit it makes it dead easy to sharpen in the field.

D2 Toolsteel is one of the best knife steels made today as it has very good hardness and wear resistance, while still maintaining some rust resistance due to high Chromium content.

The scales used are Carbon Fiber which is not only tough it is very clean and hygienic. They are easily removed for cleaning and this knife also has the bonus of a stainless steel pocket clip which is also easily removed should you wish to carry it is a belt sheath.
