Product Description

This G.I. Military Lensatic Compass is a great product, it is waterproof and solid aluminium so it is built to last.

It is equipped a magnifying lense, sight wire, and dial graduations in both degrees and mils to ensure accurate readings. The copper induction dampening system slows the rotation of the magnet without the use or need for liquids. It has phosphorescent markings for use at night and in low light and is a prodcuts that is really built to last.

Liquid filled compasses will simply not work at extremes of temperature as the fluid will freeze or become less viscous when hot so it will not damp the needle.

Model 27 carrying case with belt clip and has a lanyard.
