Product Description
The new range of curries from Kudrati are brilliant, and that is no exageration, we love 'em! They combine great flavour & spice and are a really authentic meal that you will be hard pushed to find in a quality Indian Resturant.

They can be eaten on their own but we have found that they are really good when you combine them and have some of each. They also work really well when you combine them with other ingrediants such as fish, chicken or a meat of your preference.

They are a wonderfully versatile addition to ration pack or great for carrying to use as a marinade.

Each of our curries are ideal with a carb source of your choice; when eaten with a supermarket naan bread they deliver over 500 kcal to refuel you for another day of action!
 
All our curries are cooked to traditional recipes, and then freeze-dried. To prepare simply fill the bag with boiling water to the level indicated and stir thoroughly, leave to rest for 1 - 2 minutes, stir again and enjoy.
 
Alternatively, pour contents into a bowl, add 300 ml boiling water (250 ml  only for Tadka Dhal), stir thoroughly and leave to rest for 2 minutes. Stir again and serve.
 
Try adding freshly chopped coriander and a knob of butter or olive oil for a richer curry.
 
You can also add an extra 100 ml of water to Tadka Dhal, Dhal Makhani or Pyaz Masala to make a thick broth.
 
Pyaz masala also serves as a great marinade and cooking sauce for Chicken or fish.
 
All our ingredients are sourced from small farmers local to our production facility in Gujarat state, North West India. We take pride in ensuring all our suppliers get fair prices for their produce.
  1. Dhal Makhni - A medium heat black lentil (urad dhal) Punjabi speciality
  2. Thadka Dhal - A mild yellow lentil curry found (and enjoyed) all over North India.
  3. Palak Makai Mutter - A richly flavoured, medium heat curry with spinach, peas and sweet corn.
  4. Pao Bhaji - A spicy, mixed vegetable curry this is a street food speciality from Mumbai.
  5. Pyaz Masala - A tomato and onion, medium heat curry. Enjoy this simple curry as it is or add meat, fish or veg to make a more substantial dish.
