The Gunnar Berstrom blades are a fatanstic quality piece of kit an represent a great value hand made product. I have one myself and they are perfect for game dressing as you cut from the inside out rather outside in, this way there is much less likely hood of contamination and it minimises hair inside the carcass.

These blades are forged at Kuorbevare forge, deep in the woods of Swedish Lapland by third generation blacksmith Gunnar Bergström. The Blades are made from Uddeholm 1770 spring steel, hardened to HRC 60. Frosted finish, 58-60 HRC, 80 x 23 x 2.8mm

They are marked with the forges "RB" family initials,

It has a long stick tang so you you can secure it firmly into a block of handle material. An ideal knife for game dressing.
