This Swedish Flint and Steel natural firelighting kit is a great quality piece of kit.

Wilma’s natural products are made in the forest region of Swedish Lapland utilising the old knowledge and techniques that have been used for centuries by the forest people who have lived and worked there

It has everything you need for a really traditional way to start a fire. These method of starting fires with a flint and steel has been around since the Vikings (or longer) as you can tell from the very traditional design.

The Kit consists of a hand made steel striker, some flint, some Amadou tinder fungus, a bundle of dried grass and some wood.

They come packaged in a box but would go very well in one of our Saami leather pouches and would make an excellent gift for the Outdoorsman.
