Started in 1947, Arthur Wrights is a traditional Sheffield Knife manufacturer. All their knives are still individually hand crafted by apprentice trained Sheffield Cutlers using methods passed down from generation to generation.
Every process, from blanking out the blades and springs, hardening and tempering, assembly, grinding and glazing - right up to the final polishing are all done in-house.This gives them a guaranteed quality control through every step of the process of knife making.
The 700 Bushcraft Knife Blade is a sturdy outdoor survival knife blade hand made in Sheffield from 01 Carbon Tool Steel. Hardened to Rockwell 56/58, the edge is ground through rather than whetted to achieve a superbly sharp edge.
The overall length is22cms (8.5ins) & the blade is 4mm thick providing excellent strength, weight and balance.

O1 tool steel offers good durability, excellent wear resistance and holds a good cutting edge.
