The DMT Edgesharp XpertEdge 6 Stage Sharpener is a great sharpener for you tools with secondary bevels as it is set at various angles for your different tools.
There is a lot of stuff and nonsense talked about this type of sharpener but they work, and work well. The usual complaint is that it removes too much material and damages the blade of the knife but that simply isn't true if used correctly. The main problem people get into is that they simply press the knife too hard into the teeth. The best way to use is to literally only use the weight of your hand and the knife and draw the knife through gently, do not push down!
It features 5 tungsten pull-through slots and 1 ceramic scissors sharpener. It has 5 angles (14, 15, 20, 22, 26 degrees) and each slot is marked for quick selection..
