This custom made Firebox Cutting Board from Epicurean fits perfectly as a lid. With a natural look and texture from an eco-friendly, wood fiber composite, they are durable, nonporous, knife friendly, dishwasher safe and are heat resistant up to 350°F / 176°C, so you can use the surface as a trivet without leaving a blemish.
Small- 7" Diameter
Medium: Fits either on the rim of the small 8" pie pan or down inside or under the large 10" pie pan - 9" diameter, weighs 8.4 oz.
Large: Fits the rim of the 10" pie pan - 11" diameter, weighs 12.5 oz.
