At only 6 ounces, the Firebox Nano is 3" wide and folds down to a ridiculously thin .25". With its proprietary cross-feed system, this Nano stove can bring 2 cups of water to a boil in 3:10 minutes. Even with all this power, the Firebox Nano is one of the smallest wood burning stoves on the market. Like its big brother, the Firebox Nano is hinged and requires no assembly.
The 3" Folding Firebox Gen2 Nano Ultralight Backpacking Stove just got better, as they have added position points for the new Nano Sticks (included with stove purchase) this makes the Gen2 Nano perfectly adapted to Trangia Spirit Burner use. Allowing a full range of Simmer Ring adjustment and three head space settings ("Sweet spot" head space of 1" in top position). The Gen2 Nano also accepts the Trangia Gas burner attachment. The Nano Sticks nest into the folded Nano in such a way that they cannot fall out.

Just a brilliant stove
I bought one of these after buying its' big brother, The Firebox Gen 2. This is now my go to stove when out for the day or multi day walking. It is faultless, or I've not found one! It works as a wood stove, with the Triangia Spirit Burner, or the Trangia Gas burner. I used it on the Wainwright Coast to Coast walk. with the latter. It's light, small and fits into the smallest pocket on your bag, or waist belt if out for a day hike. If I'm going out walking I never leave home without it. I can't praise it enough. It's stable and solid with a Billy Can or metal cup. It's well made and doesn't show heat damage, like some other thin metal stoves I've seen used. Buy this and you won't be sorry!
