If you liked an Alice Pack then you will definitely love the Helikon Matilda. It is based on the Helikon ALICE which in turn was based on the classic Backpack. Alice was one of Helikons time-established backpack lines and served as a model while designing this great piece of bushcraft gear - the Matilda® backpack.

Each Matilda® pocket has a drawstring sleeve to protect contents from spillage. The pockets are sewn on the corners, leaving a centre channel capable of carrying a small axe. It features additional MOLLE/PALS pouches that can be added at various points. There are two compression ribbons that are fitted at the sides that can also be used for a foam camping mat with another two at the bottom. Helikon have combined the Cordura® 500D with Nylon 210D to guarantee the durability in key points, while allowing a lighter weight.
