The Woodsman Pants are created specifically for bushcraft and outdoor enthusiasts. These simply cut, yet versatile pants are a great example of the minimalist approach to this type of clothing.
They are equipped with four pockets - two at the hips with reinforced edges and two smaller, placed aside, slightly at the back. You can carry a folding saw or knife in them. The wide belt loops will work with belts up to 50 mm wide. Additional loops are used to attach gloves or secure items worn in the side pockets. Knee reinforcements, which are also pockets for pads, and the use of strong DuraCanvas® fabric to sew these pants, guarantee that Woodsman pants will serve you faithfully for many years.

Excellent as usual from Helikon
I wear these and Helikon's Pilgrim trousers all the time. The Woodsman don't have as many pockets as the Pilgrim but they have enough for me. My smart phone fits in the side pocket perfectly. The "regular" is just right for my 30" inside leg. They are well made from quality materials and are very comfy. A great pair of trousers.
Excellent service from the Bushcraft store
Well pleased with the woodsman trousers. Usually wear a long leg but regular fits perfectly with these trousers. Good deep pockets. I like the Velcro instead of the waist button, can adjust accordingly. All round a great pair of trousers, fit comfortably and feel strong.
Helikon woodsman trousers
Been using The Bushcraft Store for many years now. Always a great service and thoroughly trust the quality of anything they sell.
These trousers are no different.
Find them very comfortable. Nice to have the adjustment on the waist with the Velcro. The material is really lightweight but very tough and hard wearing. The first day I wore them it poured with rain, the water repellency stood up to the rain running off my coat for many hours before my knees started to get wet.
Nice pockets, deep and just enough without being too cluttered. Personally for me a few too many loops around the waist. I just don’t have a need for that many attachments. And if I was to be nitpicking I would say they’re a little bit too baggy for my physique. However, I am very slim.
I will definitely be getting a second pair soon.
