Mil-Tec US GI Type Stainless Steel Canteen Cup
The US Canteen system has been in use for decades and represents fantastic value so if you favour the American canteens this is a must, it fits perfectly onto the bottom of a 1 quart canteen and is ideal for making a brew or even using for cooking. It will save weight as there is no need to carry mess tins as well.
Buy it individually or as part of a set it will last you years and is ideal if you want to travel a little more light weight.
Along with the lid you can buy, I believe although not quite as big this is better than the crusader cup. Fits the generic Nalgene bottle and is superb value for money. If in doubt I suggest you buy it. I have used it on gas, fuel tablets, bush box xl and a fire. It is the only one I know of that the folding handles lock into place. Superb.
Excellent choice even if you are not in budget.I had used one for years when I was serving,but it was made from aluminum.This version of stainless steel is much more rugged and bomb proof!
Aluminium shalminium. Stainless steel my dear boy. They seem very much like the original pattern one I have, so I bought a couple. Should get a couple more at this price. Nice meeting cups for drinks and food.
Not said as part of a full ALICE system with the bottle, clips and cover, but, you can still get them elsewhere. The cup is still sound.
