The Bushcraft Black knife from Mora is a real asset to their stable. The Bushcraft Black is a first rate Bushcraft knife that is ideal for all sorts of tasks and great for field butchery.

This has a soft grip rubber handle which is ideal when it is wet. It comes with an Black belt sheath and the belt loop has a swivel top so you can position it in the best position for the task at hand.

It has a 103mm blade and is made of 3.2mm Carbon steel that is RAZOR sharp. A lot of customers are very surprised with Mora knives, they manage to make great quality cutlery that is fantastic value and has an edge you really can shave with.

Knives have been crafted in Östnor for over a century. Once they were made in every home by local craftsmen who passed down their skills from generation to generation.

Today those skills are all under one roof and no matter who you talk to in our factory they can all tell a family story in which knife manufacture plays a central part! Now, as then, we have the same approach to manufacturing; we use rational methods to transfer the craftsman's approach across to modern machinery. The only difference lies in our use of the latest technical developments.

Love this knife, even if you don't need another knife, you'll love this one! Feels good, looks good, is very sharp straight out of the box, I toyed between this one, the companion and, the forrest and am very pleased with the bushcraft black. Excellent at feathering, cutting, some batoning - no thicker than the width of your wrist given its not full tang. Use to strike for fires, fillet a fish, it's a great all rounder. I have a few Mora knives and personally this beats them all for my needs bushcrafting in woods and coast. Exceptional service and delivery as always from the bushcraft store.

It's a Mora

Well, as it's a Mora, it is of a very high quality, fantastic grind & it's beautiful. So many years of making fantastic knives has made this a gem of their collection

Everything was as stated; I can't fault them in any way

Love mora knives, they are extremely well made and an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely cheap for what they offer in return.

Great Piece of essential kit

I watched a number of bushcraft videos on YouTube which used and recommended this item. I have been impressed with what I purchased, it is well made, ergonomic and sharp. The holder is nice, but I'm not confident that it holds the blade in without additional secondary support. That said, I had one custom made from leather to match the leather sheath I have from my Laplander.
