The Mora Garberg Knife is the first "Full Tang" knife that Mora have produced and we are firmly behind the idea. Mora are one of the best producers of quality knives in the World and it was high time they produced a product like this.
They have certainly done a good job and the Garberg is a creditable alternative to plenty of other full tang knives on the market today.
The Mora Garberg knife is a powerful fulltang knife, designed to withstand the toughest challenges it may face. The blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of high quality stainless steel specially treated in Mora's factory to make it even stronger. The blade has a proper Scandi Grind which makes the knife easier to keep sharp. Moreover, the blade back ground to be used with firestarter, so that the vital fire is always close at hand.
There is a choice of sheaths available with the Garberg and you can either choose from a full cover leather variant, the Mora Multi Mount system or one of TBS's great leather sheaths. The exclusive leather sheath is a both beautiful and offers durable protection for the knife whilst the Multi Mount is a versatile mounting solution which makes it possible to attach the knife virtually anywhere you want and you can attach and detach the knife in just seconds.Obviously, it is also possible to take the knife right out of the knife sheath for even faster operation.
(When you order the Garberg with a TBS sheath it will also come with Mora's "Multi Mount" system so you will have multiple methods of carrying the knife. Also when you order a TBS sheath you will get all the relevant accessories for it giving you a complete package. ie. if you order a Garberg with a TBS DC4 & Firesteel sheath it will come with a DC4 and Firesteel)
I bought the Mora Garberg for general tasks, everything from splitting off cuts of wood to make kindling to lopping off small branches. The Garberg has performed well over the last few weeks without much sign of wear, being a full tang knife it feels sturdy in hand but not heavy so very workable. Personally did not like the "scandi" grind as it is not a true scandi so have re-profiled it to a convex which is much stronger for what I use it for(was a good grind and sharp tho). The dc4 sharpener is great and brings a good edge up when needed, I love the tbs leather sheath, such lovely thick leather that will last years. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend the Mora Garberg. Also thank you to the bushcraft store for an excellent service will definitely be shopping with you again.
Excellent Service
I found the website very easy to navigate, with all the products and deals very clear. I have visited the Bushcraft main store in the past and found the staff very helpful and now, I always keep an eye on the latest deals.
As a result I just couldn't resist the latest round of great discounts and purchased some items, via the website, as i didn't have the time to get down the main store.
The items arrived very quickly and the secure packaging was very reassuring. I would highly recommend visiting the main store but if you can't then defiantly visit the website.

A truly awesome and very beautiful knife from Mora. Plenty of good reviews online and on YouTube and it sure does live upto it’s reputation. If you are hesitant to buy or not sure just buy it! I got the stainless version with the multi mount sheath and I’m delighted with it! Ordered mine on a Friday and it arrived at the very next day! Fantastic service from the Bushcraft Store as always. I will definitely be back to buy more in the future!
