This is such a good idea I don't know why anyone hasn't done it before. It is made for some of the most popular Mora knives, the Garberg, Kansbol or Eldris and allows you to combine two very useful tools into one.
They are 3D printed for us in the US out of durable PLA Plus plastic. The were initially made from ABS plastic but this has been changed to PLA Plus as it is simply tougher and really durable. It is a little more expensive but the additional strength is well worth the money. REMEMBER, not all 3D printed plastics are the same and could use very much inferior materials.....
It allows you to carry a range of sizes of firesteel up to 12.5mm (TBS Fatboy). You may need to use a piece of shock cord to secure your firesteel in place (picture 5). It comes with 2 firesteel rod spacers to fit different sizes and if you find that the size or shape of your firesteel handle interferes with the insertion of the rod, insert the next bigger sized rod spacer to give it more room to articulate. Alternatively you can mount the firesteel in reverse and use shock cord to secure it.
It also comes fitted with a metal belt clip instead of the normal belt loop. This is a strong and very convenient way to carry a Garberg as you then don't have to thread the sheath onto a belt, simply clip it on.
They fit extremely tightly the sheath and do not require any glue. Of course, you could glue it if you so desire to give you an extra level of security.

This is just a fab little addition for my Garberg Carbon, it's so much more secure on my belt than with the hanging loop, and I like that it comes with different inserts for the firesteel part to accommodate different sizes. Very well made, I highly recommend - and great service from TBS too :)
Great fitting item
Fits the Garberg really well and the metal belt clip is very secure, better than the Garbegs original dangler which comes as standard. This comes with 3 different sizes for firesteels. I use elastic on all my danglers to hold in place and have done so on this. Overall better than the standard fitment so very pleased with product and price plus fast delivery as always from TBS store
