nDur Wristband Compass with Strap
The nDur wristband compass with strap is a great compass for general direction finding when out and about. An ideal alternative to the budget varieties. It is not intended to replace a proper baseplate compass but I find something like this ideal for quick reference
It is 1" diameter and liquid filled. It is water resistant and will fit most watch bands.
It is a quality items and is GSA and TAA compliant (which essentially means it can be issued to US troops)
Good quality wrist compass.
For a tad under £6, I wasn't expecting a whole lot. I've thus far been pleasantly surprised.
The strap is generous sized,
Build quality is good.
Cardinal points are luminous (which is a pleasant surprise at this price point). Cardinal & half cardinal points are clearly marked.
It's accurate. Settles quickly & doesn't hunt.
The bezel and compass card are marked in 10 degree increments, so accuracy to 5 degrees is quite practical.
As a back up or cross check compass I think you would be pushed to find better.
