The Jaeger Pak kit is a truly comprehensive kit for field butchery or your camp kitchen. It has pretty much everything you need to walk from field to larder to kitchen to the table all in a handy pack you simply strap around your waist.
The Jaeger Pak kit includes every tool to field dress, skin, quarter and debone big game in a nylon roll pack that converts to a belt scabbard to easily access each tool.
Includes 8.3" overall gutting knife with 3.7" blade; 8.6" overall skinner with 4" drop point blade; 9.5" overall boning/Fillet with 5" blade; 8" overall wood/bone saw with 5" blade; Ribcage spreader; Two-stage sharpener; Gloves
Each knife incorporates full-tang construction for superior strength and is taper ground to a razors edge from high carbon 420 stainless steel. Ergonomic Kraton handles are designed for comfort during long use and the rubberized grips enable a secure lock-on grip even when wet. All the handles are bright orange to make them easy to see in darker enviroments and everything comes packed in a strong protective box.

Good kit
This appears to be a good set of knives, only used once so far. I managed to butcher a full fallow doe without need for sharpening. I would have given 5 stars, but the plastic box is low quality and I can't see it lasting very long. I'm happy with the purchase though.
