The Robens Trace Hammock and XL Model are a real step above many products out there. Of course, the inevitable questions gallops towards the conversation "Why is it more expensive than a DD?"
Well, first I would say "It Isn't but it might appear that way" but there is much more in the package and secondly I would point out that there are number of other reasons and they include:
- Its bigger at 3m x 1.4m or the Generous XL model is 3.2m x 1.8m
- Its heavier duty with a 200kg weight limit so it is made from stronger material
- It includes a very good hanging system with Tree Hugging slings (Which is about £30 extra with a DD Hammock)
We think it is the perfect "Leave no trace" overnight nest for your adventures, what you see if what you get All included (Hammock, carabiners, slings) with the option to add a mosquito net and underquilt. It is super easy to use and features a small pack size with a carrybag for easy transport. The hanger loops on the carrybag are reflective to make the hammock visible at night and easy to mount outside a backpack should you wish.

Well made hammock
This hammock is a very well made product and nice an compact in its own pouch. It's a little heavier than I imagined but nothing serious. Its certainly made to last.
