Silky Gomboy Curve Outback Edition

Silky Saws are pure Japanese quality and are a breeze to use. They cut like a hot knife through butter and are a perfect companion for any outdoor trip.

Never change a winning team, right? Well, Silky did it anyway. The new Gomboy Curve Outback Edition has really everything that any hunter or bushcrafter could wish for in a saw.

A thick and rigid saw blade makes this Gomboy Curve Outback Edition 100% outdoor proof. Silky applied a black coating of a unique nickel and tin blend to the entire blade, including the teeth. This provides a long blade life and an incredible cutting performance, not only in wood but also when sawing bones. In addition, the dark, non-reflective color makes this saw particularly suitable for tactical operations.

The curved blade is easy to handle and keeps the saw in the cut. The blade can simply be folded and unfolded by means of the locking button and has two different sawing positions.

The arbor composite handle is made of a wood/plastic composition, giving a warm and comfortable touch and superior control. The feel is a bit harder than the usual GOM rubber handle from Silky, but it offers more grip with greasy substances. Take this saw with you wherever you go; the Gomboy Curve Outback Edition is compact, lightweight and comes standard with a transparent hard case.

Lived up to it's reputation

Fantastic grip even in wet weather, the blade cuts as well as a Silky does, which is exceptional, absolutely recommended kit.

Top quality

Fantastic saw, able to help chop up firewood and build a tripod on my first outing. Super sharp teeth caution when using. 5/5
