Six Magpies Leather produce high quality, hand made products in the UK. They use full grain, veg tanned leather which is just a step up in leather quality and produces a product that will serve you for years.
An equipment belt is an excellent piece of kit and highly useful for carrying the essentials close to hand like your Knife, Axe and Folding Saw. This belt has a double pin buckle for added stability and strength, it also has 2 leather linear loops at each hip which is perfect for attaching a dangler type sheath through. This helps prevent the sheath moving and also holds on to your kit when you take the belt off.
I really like these belts, they are, again, made from high quality leather and simply feel right. They are 50mm (2") in width, 3 to 4mm thick and come on a variety of sizes. There are plenty of size holes which gives you more flexibility when the weather turns as you can add more layers of clothing.
Sizes:
Small - 30" to 34"
Medium - 36" to 40"
Large - 38" to 42"
XL - 40" TO 46"
NB. Remember it is leather and you can always, very simply, add more holes to make a larger belt smaller and give it more flexibility. With an over belt it is always best to go a little larger than you think you need as you will be going over layers of clothing
