Spyderco Byrd Tern UK Pen Knife - EDC
The blade is held open by a notched-joint at the knife's pivot. When closing the blade the notch produces roughly twenty-pounds of resistance, functionally similar to traditional slip-joint pen knives.
Great for the UK market where there are restrictions about blade locking mechanisms. Black G10 handles. Reversible wire pocket clip.

Just received mine after ordering about 40 hours ago! Rapid service!
Very sharp out of the box, the knife is nicely built and the friction locking is nice and stiff, with the design helping to stop it closing.
I may update this once I've used it heavily.
Thanks TBS
For the budget model of spyderco I didn't think it would be so nice manufactured. Lightweight with a solid slipjoint locking mechanism. Delivery to Belgium was fast so 5 stars granted
Great wee knife, superb service
First of all, service was incredible, ordered late Thursday night and had the knife in my hand Saturday morning!
Great wee UK legal knife, i was looking for something relatively small but still sturdy and well made, and this fits the bill. I have small hands, and it's small enough for me to be able to open one handed, but still big enough to be able to grip comfortably.
The G10 handle is nicely grippy, and the slipjoint lock is stiff enough to be confident when using, but also smooth enough to close one handed. Came quite sharp right out of the box. Solid pocket clip too, sits quite low in the pocket. The blade isn't super thick but still feels very robust.
I was expecting quite a lot since Byrd is the budget Spyderco offshoot, and the quality definitely doesn't disappoint.
Good little knife
Handy little EDC that you can open one handed if you have your hands full. Also razor sharp straight out of the box
