Svord Peasant Knife - Orange
£22.95
Svord Peasant knives are a new take on a very old idea. The are a friction folder which is the very first type of folding knife ever produced. They rely on you hand to keep them open and become popular again because of their simplicity and the fact there is practically nothing to go wrong.
The Peasant Knife is based on models used in Bohemia and Bavaria 300-400 years ago. These knives feature Swedish high carbon tool steel blades. The blades are individually hardened and tempered using a unique heat treatment process and the blade is hand ground with a water cooled stone to produce a convex razor edge. Designed and produced by Bryan Baker.
They come in various sizes and handle variants and this one is the standard "Peasant" which has a non locking 78mm blade which is 1.8mm thick and a Orange synthetic handle. (other models available in store)
