The Brew Company Rwanda Coffebrewer
If, like me, a brew is one of the staples of the day then a good tea or coffee is not only a morale booster it is essential. The Brew Company has developed some truly excellent brews that I know you will love and they are so simple to use. The other bonus is that they are completely re-usable and recyclable.
Sake farm obtains their coffee from plantations in the Ngoma District of Rwanda, which are home to 2,200 coffee farmers and 73,400 coffee trees. The coffee cherries are transported to the Sake coffee washing station using bicycles, vehicles, or by being carried on individuals' heads. Since 1999, they have collaborated with the Twuzuzanye and Berwa Mubyeyi associations, as well as women's groups within the coffee industry.
We're passionate about ethical and responsible practices at every step of the coffee-making process. From sourcing to roasting, our coffees are carefully selected, hand-roasted, and slow-crafted. Our commitment to responsibility is reflected in our packaging, which uses kraft paper with minimal CCP laminate that's aluminium-free. We've gone the extra mile by not using the special PP plastic gas valve found in many other coffee packaging. We're also proud to be CO2 and Plastic Neutral.
