Industrial Revolution 9 Hour Candle Lantern Kit.
This is a great handy piece of kit, I've had one myself for years and it has done sterling service.
This is the classic, long-burning, collapsible Candle Lantern that has provided warm, natural light to millions of outdoor enthusiasts for decades. It is perfectly suited to backpacking, mountaineering, snow camping, and similar outdoor pursuits. Lightweight and compact, the Candle Lantern provides 9 hours of warm light from a single candle, surrounding it in the safest, most efficient lantern housing available anywhere.
The lightweight aluminum or brass frame holds the glass chimney securely in place, creating a windproof environment for the flame. And the unique, easy-slide chimney allows the glass to slide down into the lantern, making the candle easier than ever to light.
The spring-powered candle tube pushes the candle up as it burns, keeping the flame burning at a constant height. A viewing slot on the side of the lantern allows the user to monitor the slow burning candle for remaining burn time.
They measure 6 1/2" high when open and 4 1/4" when closed. The lantern collapses to a more compact size for transport.
The twist lock base allows easy access for replacing the candle. A real handy piece of kit for Bushcraft, Camping or simply a safe way to light your home in an emergency.
Works with the 9 hour candles and the "Kit" pack comes with a Candle Lantern (with candle of course) a side reflector to help optimise the light and a neoprene cocoon to protect the lantern in transit. Great product, great value and great company!
UCO candle kit
What an awesome piece of work these things are !. Have been eyeing these candles for about a year now having first seen them on one of the outdoor channels I subscribe to on YouTube. Difficult to find stockists out here in Malaysia although for some strange reason, the replacement candles can be found at a local Outdoor retailer. These are so well built and pack up real small, taking up minimal space in my backpack. Handy to have the protective foam case to store them in as wel as the reflector which hangs nearly from the top of the frame.
Despite the 6.5K mile difference between Shah Alam and Enfield, they only took a week to arrive from the time I placed my order with TBS til their delivery today. My only other source I could find out here for these candles was from an Outdoor shop in Taiwan but they were more than twice the price , so the 2 UCO candle kits I bought from TBS including postage from UK more than covered the cost of just 1 from my nearest S E Asian stockist !
Can't wait for my next overnighter to try them out.

Great lantern
Great compact candle lantern, bought for emergency use but using it more and more everyday just because of its compact nature and bought with the citronella candles, plus the small amount of heat that it generates. Would definitely recommend!
