Zebra Billy Can with Metal Loop Handle Clips

I bought this pot, with metal clip upgrade, mainly as a bucket. Finding water sources is fairly easy but sometimes getting to them is difficult, dangerous or just plain messy. I needed something that I could tie a line to and lower or throw into a water source and retrieve easily. Went for the 12cm size as this fits into my pouches easily and the metal clips as these lock the handle in the up position which is useful in all uses. In addition I’ve gained a cooking pot and plate/bowl. Good build quality which should last me years.

Ordered this and it came within 48 hours. Never had one before but have seen them on YouTube and read a lot of good things about them. So took the plunge and bought one. I got the 12cm version with the METAL locking clips rather than the one with the plastic clips which do melt with heat/fire. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with this billy can and it should last a life time! Very strong and not too heavy. Can’t wait to use it on the next wild camp! Thankyou!

Strong and compatible with Kelly Kettle hobo Stove

After reading the reviews about the Zebra Billy Can I made the decision that I needed this to enhance my wild camping food cooking and after a weekend of use I am glad I came across this product. My main concern was how comparable the Kelly kettle hobo stove and base would be and after ordering the 14 cm this is perfect for the smaller Kelly kettle fire base / hobo stove and fits inside perfectly to make a all in one cooking solution. Even better with the metal clips which are sturdy and hold the handle in place perfectly.

You'll never need another...

No need to say anything about the pot itself - they have a well established reputation already. The metal clips turn an already excellent and bombproof bit of kit into the most practical bush cookware going. Will be ordering another in a smaller size...
